
Two occupants of a car that went off Highway 3 in Bridesville Thursday night were airlifted to Kelowna General Hospital with serious injuries.
All four passengers were injured in the crash when an Audi sedan left the highway about 6:15 p.m.
(Osoyoos FD and Anarchist Mtn volunteers dispatched at 18:11 pm.
The car ended up in a nearby field in the single-vehicle incident.
The crash closed the highway at Wagon Wheel Road, east of Osoyoos. The highway reopened just after midnight, DriveBC reports.
Two of the vehicle occupants left the scene prior to police arriving, but were located and arrested.

Witnesses to the crash are asked to contact South Okanagan Traffic Services through the Osoyoos RCMP.
” On the scene reports ” – Still closed but we finally pulled a u turn and back tracked to Sidley Mtn across from Arosa Ranch and took the back way and came out just on the other side of the accident. They said its at least another 45 minute wait if anyone else is stuck and wants to get through” – 6:30 pm Thursday
