Approved by APC with two provisos: 1. that the garage be redesigned to fit better into the neighbourhood with change of building material and 2. that the neighbours consent to the idea.

On a motion by Area C Director Terry Schafer – the permit approved by rural directors only at RDOS Board in Penticton today with one director opposed. No neighbor objected and the regulations allow a higher height if garage part of home.
