Okanagan Falls residents in the irrigation district’s Lower Zone were issued a boil water notice, July 28, 2016.

All potable water should be brought to a rolling boil for at least one minute and cooled before transferring to a clean container and storing in the refrigerator. This includes all water for consumption, including ice for drinks, brushing teeth and food preparation.

Alternatively, bottled water can be used.

The notice is in effect until further notice
