“The Sunshine Festival and Parade took place July 8 and 9. We did not have the numbers that we have experience in the past – in part because of weather and the lack of the amusement/midway rides. We did see a large turnout of families with young children.”

“We will likely review the direction of the Uncork the Sun and the festival because of a lack of interest…at this point, all parties involved are not interested in repeating the same scenario”.

Changing the dates or making the festival shorter will be looked at.
