Getting farmland into the ALR – difficult

But in the end the owners won the day with all RDOS directors voting against a staff recommendation and in favour of the applicant.

Chunk of land is 5.1 hectares – with another 47.7 hectares for ranching – Zoned large holdings near McLean Creek Road east of the lake. Owners want to sell the small piece for about $350 thousand.
