Premier Christy Clark and the BC Liberal membership have acclaimed Linda Larson as the Party candidate in Boundary – Similkameen for the upcoming 2017 provincial election.
“I am proud of our accomplishments and I am honoured to be part of a talented team that has delivered the top-performing economy in Canada,” said Larson. “I will continue to fight for all interests in the Boundary-Similkameen.”
Larson believes rural BC is stronger than ever under a BC Liberal government.
“Across the country the NDP are dwindling and we can see why,” said Larson. “The NDP continue to say no to jobs, no to progress, and no to supporting the core industries that fuel innovation and opportunity throughout the Boundary-Similkameen and this Province.”
“Premier Christy Clark’s focus on job creation, responsible resource development, and investments in community infrastructure is working. We are seeing new optimism flowing into the Boundary-Similkameen like never before. It’s exciting.”
Since becoming MLA, Larson has worked to deliver the right balance for the unique towns and communities that she serves.
