At approximately 2:30 p.m. a two vehicle collision occurred on Hwy 3 near the Stemwinder Provincial Park west of Hedley, B.C.. The highway is expected to be single lane alternating until approximately 9:00 p.m.. One of the occupant’s injuries were serious but not believed to be life threatening. This person is being air lifted to a hospital.

South Okanagan Traffic Services and Princeton Detachment members are on scene conducting an investigation as to the cause of the crash.
