A decidedly Greek restaurant located in Cottonwood Plaza on the east side of Osoyoos has given way to a continental bistro offering a sampling of European fare.
C’est Bon Bistro, owned and managed by Christophe Rey, opened its doors after an intensive 10 days of renovations.
The restaurant will have a decidedly European flavour but will also offer other dishes from around the world. Its signature flavour will be to include local products as much as possible in dish creations.
“We’ll prepare a lot of seasonal selections based on what is available,” explained Mr. Rey. “That will change our menu.”
The restaurant’s head chef is Raphael Roy, who will be familiar to Osoyoos diners following his work at Spirit Ridge and Walnut Beach.
“It’s casual fine dining,” Chef Roy says of his plate selections. “We’ll try to kick the presentation up a notch to make it really pretty.”
