I saw this sign so snapped a pic. Of course, this begs the question, are the animals slow crossing the road such as a turtle or a snake, maybe even a rabbit if it takes a nap halfway across.

The animals may also have low IQs like some of the presidential hopefuls. In the past I have seen signs that proclaim  that children are slow and always felt sorry for them.

This sign is over near the new prison so maybe some species of inmates are at risk if they escape at night.
