Mike is married to Brenda and they live in Oliver
Brenda is a mother of two and works at TEN School
Her husband is Michael Allan Field – he’s a cop.
This story is about a great community guy making a small switch and starting a new venue and a new desk to do the work he has done for sinceĀ he was 26 years of age.
He says his years are numbered in the forceĀ but that is all a bunch of figures on a piece of paper.
Mike is one of four Watch Commanders stationed at Penticton Detachment. His new job.
The Field’s live in Oliver and plan on staying.
Mike: “My wife and I chose Oliver – no one sent us. We love it, the kids love it.”

“I have a university degree in science (Psychology) – I took college courses in law enforcement and then went to the Depot in Regina – the rest is history.
Mike and Brenda heavily involved in the Cub and Scout Movement.
Raised in St. Thomas, Ontario – most of his RCMP duty in Duncan and Oliver in British Columbia.
