Get ready, get set, get go – half corked

party oowa2016 Half Corked Marathon Finish Line Party, taking place this Saturday May 28 (11am-1pm) at the Oliver Community Park.
– 1,000 runners (many in fancy dress) crossing the finish line, after completing the 18km route through Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country
– interviews with runners, wine-makers, sponsors and the executive director of the Oliver Osoyoos Winery Association
– runners enjoying live entertainment, food trucks, picnic lunch wine samples and more.

What: The Half Corked Marathon takes place this Saturday and although the race sold out back in November, the Finish Line Party is free for spectators with wine samples available for an additional fee, along with food trucks and entertainment.
When: Saturday May 28, between 11am and 1pm (Finish Line Party ends at 3pm)
Where: Oliver Community Park, 6359 Park Dr, Oliver, BC V0H 1T0
Why: The seventh year of this immensely popular event, sees 1,000 runners weaving through the vineyards of Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country, sampling from wine stations along the route.
