There will be days that you can work so hard you feel fantastic. There will be days that you can’t seem to push yourself enough to make it feel worth it & are going through the motions only. There will be days that you have to miss… only do to injury or illness.
If you have a plan for all of these types of days, they will be beneficial. On your ‘bad’ days, you can enjoy a walk or other activity. I love to take a long walk with the dogs in the morning & I enjoy working on mobility/movement on these days & any day. That being said, include walking & mobility on your good days too. You need to be able to move well along with building strength.
Don’t quit because you’ve had an off day or week. Allow for slower days, use them as your rest & recovery… gotta have those too. Pick up the pace or heavier weights as soon as you are able & LUV your routine again :)
Move more to feel better.
Where there’s a will, there’s a way & I can find a way that works well for you :)
