Do you eat foods that taste good & make you feel good afterward? Do you eat foods that taste good & make you feel not so good afterward? If you enjoy every bite & then feel energized that’s a food worth eating. If you continue to eat when you aren’t really enjoying it & later feeling yucky & guilty, that’s a food not worth eating. We need to remind ourselves how a food makes us feel before we even buy it.
Eat until you are satisfied, not stuffed!
Move more to feel better.
