“There is an increase of interest in buying larger parcels of property that are linked to vineyard production and sale of product”.
It was not considered to be a wave of interest or anything out of the ordinary.

” In two transactions that did not complete, the buyers were under the influence of believing that a purchase of a business under the federal governments PNP requirements will allow them to get Canadian citizenship. I have been told that on the coast there is many of the ‘citizenship’ agents that promise the world and the people are later declined for their application for whatever reason and then they abandon their applications all together and do not complete on the sales and to avoid legal consequences, they allow the sellers to keep the large deposits in lieu of damages. ”
