7:25 AM- crews were called to Ricky’s Restaurant in Cherry Lane Mall. They had a grease fire in their dep fat fryer. They had some issues with their extinguishing system malfunctioning but fire crews were able to extinguish it quickly once on scene. Inspector Barbour is on scene looking into the incident.

8:02 AM – crews were just finishing at Ricky’s when they were paged out to a structure fire at Dauphin Mobile Home Park. The call reported a deck fire at unit #16. Crews arrived to find heavy fire on the deck with some extension to the trailer. All occupants were out at that time. Ambulance was called and did attend to one person. ESS was called and is assisting with accommodations for the occupants. Investigators will be attending. Details are not yet known regarding extent of damage.
