My guess had been a part of the west lateral that went to the Sportsman Bowl

Is it concrete or rock? – A long time ago according to OIB records the river flowed to the rock bluff at that corner of the highway. The natives fished from the bluff and cooked the catch in ovens. Not sure a location above the trailer park is close to the noted location.

Location – if you are walking on Oliver Mtn and heading north you will see it above the mobile home park
