A note from Wally:

Oliver Super Valu will cease to exist on May 1 2016, after 43 years in business in Oliver and 56 years working under the Super Valu banner.

Many of our employee will be transitioning to the new Loblaw No Frills market and it is slated to open on Friday August 19th.

Loblaw did not buy any of the inventory or equipment so Jeff Schwarz “the Liquidator” of Direct Liquidation is holding an auction at 11 am on Saturday May 7th.

Hopefully we can sell off our equipment.

We hope people continue to shop and purchase what we have remaining in the store – that would really help.
