Motion: Fairview land and occupancy

It was MOVED and SECONDED : THAT the Board of Directors renew the License of Occupation for heritage and ecological cultural discovery centre purposes over Lots 6-11 of Plan 7235 together with Lots 4 and 5 of Plan 5881 all of Section 12, Township 54, Osoyoos Division Yale District, containing 31.3 hectares, for a period of 30 years; and further,

THAT the Board authorize the Chair and Chief Administrative Officer to execute the License of Occupation. – CARRIED (Fairview Townsite preserved)

Motion: Change on victim services in Osoyoos

It was MOVED and SECONDED : THAT staff research existing service arrangements for delivery of Victim Services in other Regional Districts and report back to the Board with options. – CARRIED

(Osoyoos has requested that the RDOS take over the administration of this program)

No discussion on RDOS funding study on highway 97 north bike corridor.

Directors will apply for a Bike Trail Grant (50/50) for a path from Kaleden to Skaha Lake Beach. Area D will have to pay for half the cost. This will complete a path from Okanagan Falls to Penticton.
