Committed for trial – 2017

Judge Meg Shaw – BC provincial court Thursday ordered two Penticton people to stand trial for the second-degree murder of Roxanne Louie.

Pier Louie Robotti and Grace Elinor Robotti, elderly siblings charged with killing Louie in January 2015.

Lawyers on both sides are due back in court March 21 to set a date for trial.

The 26-year-old Louie was originally from the Oliver area and had been visiting the South Okanagan over the Christmas holidays. Her body was discovered in the woods near Naramata.
