Mayor Dick Topping, Cliff Devine and Penticton Mayor Frank Laird who was on Oliver Council a long time ago. This picture I believe from 1972-75 period.

Informed reliably that Bob Venables was the area C Director and Cliff who hails from Oliver was the director from area B Cawston during that time period.  Jack Shaw was the Mayor of Osoyoos. Sebastian Schmidt – Area A.
