For all our Terrafina Customers and Friends

As you have now read there are some big changes happening at Terrafina this year! Hester Creek, Cindy, Erwin and myself are all very excited and have been doing our best to share the news with you all personally, so I apologize if you are read it here first.

This was not a decision that came easy for me, but it is a personal one and I feel very lucky to have found Cindy and Erwin to be the ones to continue on the legacy that has been built at Terrafina over the years.
I can’t really begin to explain the emotions that I have been feeling over the last while once I decided to sell – is it the right thing? what about the staff? what about the guests? what about Hester Creek?

Worrying that everyone was going to be ok with the change and essentially taken care of….I guess as being a Momma now, that is what you do! :)

I rest well at night now – knowing that I have been lucky enough to find 2 people that I believe will care about it and the people as much as I have over the past 5 seasons, and will be able to take it to the next level.

I set out to write this comment staying very “professional” and ensure that everyone knows this is a very positive change that is happening, and all things “Terrafina” are remaining (i.e. –  Chef Jenna, staff, menus, etc.) But, I also feel like I have been so fortunate to have been accepted into and supported in this community that I can’t help but make it personal.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am for the love and support you have ALL given me and Terrafina over my time there – everyone from our wonderful customers (many I now call my friends), to my AMAZING staff….I can’t even put into words how much I love you all and will miss seeing your faces every day, you are my Family.

And Hester Creek….you were not just my landlords and partners but my friends, support system and extended Family as well. So to you all……THANK YOU!!!

I will be at the restaurant working with Cindy and Erwin until the end of March and hope to see you there helping me welcome them into this great community!

Otherwise, you will be able to find me enjoying the odd pizza (ok, probably weekly) and glass of wine on the patio this year!! :)
