The one(s) you’re going to keep doing.
Maybe you’ve heard that the best exercises for you are the ones you’re not doing. Some of us tend to avoid anything that feels like work or think is too hard. If you think you can’t do it, then you can’t do it. If you tell yourself that you can do it, then start working towards accomplishing your goal. Take that first step, master it, then take the next step.
If you are already regularly exercising, working out, training (whatever you call it) then you want to consistently challenge your body in new ways in order to achieve the best results. Build on the basics if you haven’t already. Vary the way you perform those exercises.
