The Oliver Curling Club held it’s annual Ladies Snowman Bonspiel and the winning team is shown receiving their cash prize from organizer Cathy Pidduck. The team consist of Seone Fuller lead, Wanda Casorso skip, Cathy Thompson third and Faye Kelly second from the local Oliver Club.

Second place was the team from Summerland skipped by Diana Leitch. 7 out of town teams from Penticton, Summerland and Osoyoos attended the Friday event. The winning team the only Oliver team. 2 games and a wonderful lunch made by Ron Pidduck. First two teams won cash, $100.00 for first and $80.00 for second. All other participants won a prize, chose from the prize table.

We are having a second Bonspiel on Saturday January 30th, which will consist mostly of local Oliver teams.
