“Monday afternoon there were at least 30 head of cattle on McKinney Road, about 2kms up hill from where the large herd are fenced and being fed. I’ve seen one or two several times in the last few weeks, but today there were lots on the road. I turned around when I saw a logging truck – was totally amazed that the truck driver avoided them all. I didn’t see ear tags – many had horns.”
