Sleep:
Sleep is the most important time for recovery. Getting enough sleep promotes mental wellness, hormonal balance & allows our muscles to mend.

Being dehydrated can be linked to delirium, headaches, skin conditions, chronic disease among other serious issues. Water is the most important nutrient we can consume.
Nutrition:
Whole, nutritious foods will help heal our bodies while junk/processed foods produce inflammation & other toxicities that harm us. Eating whole foods, as close to nature as possible is optimal.
Posture:
There is no ideal posture. Any posture that is maintained for too long will result in dysfunction & possibly pain. We need to learn how to function better. Regular movement is key. We must break up extended periods of sitting & standing by changing positions regularly & moving our bodies as they were meant to move. We need to move more & move more often.
