Just to let you know what South Okanagan Traffic Services (SOTS) has done in Oliver in the last week:

Two 90 day Immediate Roadside Prohibitions (Impaired)
Two 3 day IRP’s
One Drive While Prohibited charge
One No Case (no charge) Drug Seizure

and SOTS assisted Oliver Detachment with the check of two suspicious people wherein a female was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Penticton on charges of assault, theft, drug possession, and breach of an undertaking. A replica pistol (BB gun) and GHB (commonly called the date rape drug) were found near these individuals and seized. The male in this incident is known to police. A week earlier a SOTS member seized one pound of marihuana and suspected GHB from this male in Penticton. On this incident the male has outstanding charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
