Hornets on the road

Hornets lost in a tough one last night to #9 Ranked AA King George. The Hornets got down early but were able to fight back late in the 4th quarter as they tied the game. However playing with only 7 players was tough on the hornets as they ran out of steam. The final score was 82-72, top scorers were Kulbir Singh Grewal with 21 and Gurshan Dhaliwal with 22. The Hornets play Clarence Fulton today.

The hornets moved to 4-3 last night overall and 1-0 in league as they defeated George Elliot 77-46. The hornets played a near perfect first half then coasted to the victory in the second. Manjot Dhaliwal had 24 in the win. The SOSS Hornets are in Chilliwack tonight at the GW Graham tourney. Let’s go hornets.
