Fatal on Hwy 3

On Nov 23 at approximately 4:30 p.m. a fatal motor vehicle incident occurred on Hwy 3 approximately 21 kms east of Osoyoos.

A westbound Dodge Pick Up truck lost control in a curve and slid sideways into the eastbound lane. An eastbound Chevrolet Tahoe SUV struck the Dodge broadside.  Winter conditions were present.

The lone occupant of the Dodge was a 68 year old Osoyoos resident. She is deceased. The two occupants of the Tahoe suffered minor injuries.
