On November 3^rd, 2015 a report of a Break and Enter to Black Hills Wineries was reported, the suspects entered into the business through a door they had broken in a previous break and enter. In this instance the suspects attempted to open a safe with an axe but were unsuccessful.  The local Wineries have been a target for Break and Enters for the past month. Including, Tin Horn Creek,  Church and State and three others in the surrounding area. The suspects are targeting till drawers for cash and electronics. Local business are reminded to refrain from keeping cash on site after business hours, maintain a surveillance system and cover or remove expensive electronics easily taken by a person. Especially if your business is located in an area not well travelled, hidden from the road, or other residences, businesses.
