On Sunday October 18, 2015, Charles Jauch had a freak fall which necessitated him being air lifted to hospital in Vancouver followed by an operation on his neck the next day. He has been in intensive care for that past 2 weeks. Friends in the Oliver community would like to raise money to help support the family with the many expenses not covered by BC Medical that are being incurred at this time and in the future.
Charles Jauch is in his 50’s. He lives in rural Oliver. He is married and his wife is staying at the coast to be with him. He has 2 daughters, 1 married with a daughter. He worked at OK Falls. The fall occurred up in the woods towards Baldy.
