Update:

2015-15422 – Penticton RCMP responded to an MVI at 2330 hours on 2015-10-16. A 17 yrd old male from Penticton went off road left rolling his father’s GMC Sierra multiple times in to the lake. The driver sustained a large gash above his left eye. The driver initially stated his brother was also in the truck but after Ok Fire and Pen Fire were deployed and flirs were used nothing was found. The potential passenger was located later and was not involved in this incident. Police are dealing with this as an impaired investigation and the matter is still under investigation

17 year old youth taken to Penticton Hospital with non life threatening head injuries after driving off the road into Skaha Lake – north of Okanagan Falls. Time about 11:30pm Friday.

He told emergency personnel – his brother was in the car and a search was launched.
