Analysis: The KVR right-of-way is not a continuous corridor along this section of the KVR in Electoral Areas A and C and a number of jurisdictional negotiations and infrastructure requirements are needed to connect the corridor through Areas A, C and the member municipalities of Oliver and Osoyoos. Negotiations with the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure will be required to construct within the right-of-way of the section of Highway 97 in addition to collaborating with the Town of Oliver and Ministry of Environment.
