Slide262-YEAR RE-UNION ~ OLIVER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

GRADE SIX TEACHER – MR. MUTTART -WITH STUDENTS

55th anniversary of the ‘Class of 1960’ of the Southern Okanagan High School. Just wanting to share a very special get-together last weekend in Oliver! October 3, 2015, at the 55th re-union of our Class of 1960 of SOHS, thanks to an invitation by fellow-grade 6 student, Frieda Stoochnoff (née Yungblut), our former Grade 6 teacher, Mr. Ed Muttart, was also present. .

We toured the new SOSS in the afternoon. Ed shared some words of wisdom at our evening dinner at the Terrafina Restaurant. We posed for a photo of students and former teacher in front of the new Oliver Elementary School. The former students included, see photo of THEN (class photo from 1953-54), and NOW (in front of school, 2015):
