Yes Henry there is an election again!

Polls will be open from 7am to 7pm and voters in the Oliver area will vote in the Oliver Community Centre or the Osoyoos Indian Band Community Centre.

First to vote Saturday

If you are unable to come to your voting place on the 19th you can attend an advance poll which will be open from noon to 8pm each day over the Thanksgiving weekend, October 9 – 12. The Oliver Advance Poll is at the Oliver Community Centre.

To be eligible to vote you must be a Canadian citizen, at least 18 years of age, a resident of Canada and registered on the List of Electors. You can check on the Elections Canada website (elections.ca) to insure that you are on the voters list.
