‘First Out’ – suppression unit fund raiser

hold the lineIn light of the recent Wildfires in the South Okanagan and Boundary areas the Oliver Fire Department will be producing a charity T-shirt.

The shirts will be $20.00 (tax inc.) with all profits from sales going towards the purchase of a new “First Out” wildfire suppression unit for the Rock Creek/ Midway Fire Department.

The Oliver Fire Department currently has two of these suppression units and they were found to be invaluable during this summer’s fires.

The Oliver Fire Department feels that this donation would be an excellent way to assist our fellow firefighters who live in a smaller community with limited resources.
