Season in jeopardy?

Mount Baldy Ski Resort

Although we have been unable to report any progress for several months, Baldy Capital Corporation has been working diligently to complete the purchase of Mt. Baldy Ski Resort on the terms agreed to with the Receiver and the secured creditor last December.

Unfortunately, we have not been able to settle the documentation based on those terms.

We remain very interested and willing to complete the purchase of Mt. Baldy Ski Resort. However, given the lack of progress to date, we are concerned that the 2015-16 ski season may once again be in jeopardy unless some immediate and significant progress is made which would permit the necessary pre-season preparations.
