Monday night:

Penticton Fire Rescue called to the McDonald’s at the corner on Main Street & Rosetown Ave at around 7:05 for a strong chemical odour that was making staff and customers exit the restaurant with trouble breathing. Upon Fire Departments Arrival they entered the building and determined someone had released Pepper Spray.

Crews Ventilated the restaurant and one young worker was being tended to by firefighters for trouble breathing. RCMP and BC Ambulance where also in attendance.
