Pre Trial Conference held in Courtroom 100 – Penticton Law Courts for Pier and Grace Robotti, siblings, both now facing the same charge – 2nd degree murder of Roxanne Louie earlier this year.  Louie’s body found near Naramata.

Prior charges made against Pier Robotti for interference with a dead body and accessory after the fact have been stayed by the Crown.

On September 21 – the Crown states dates should be known for a 8 day Preliminary Inquiry on the murder charge.

The crown states 16 witnesses will be called including 12 police officers. Those are investigators and forensic personnel. 4 others include 3 persons of aboriginal origin and the pathologist.

A full trial is not expected until 2016. The preliminary inquiry could occur in October or November.
