Grass fire north of EZ Fuel on west side of the hwy. No damage to nearby signs. Put out quickly by Oliver Fire Department volunteers.

In Kaleden – traffic slowed because of serious accident near Petro Canada. Diversions in affect for about an hour.

The accident involved a late model car and a motorcycle. The driver of the two wheeled vehicle taken to hospital (routine) in Penticton.
