On December 14, 2014, Joe’s Plumbing and Heating in Osoyoos was a victim of a Break and Enter.
On January 18, 2015, police received a call of a Break and Enter to a winery in Osoyoos. Officers attended and located a vehicle stuck on the property and trying to smash through a fence. The male occupant of the vehicle was arrested and found to be in possession of stolen property. Numerous items were found in the vehicle that were suspected to be stolen. A search of the male revealed he had a stolen credit card on his person that had been stolen from Joe’s Plumbing and Heating during the Break and Enter the previous December. 44 year old Cameron MCRAE of Osoyoos was charged with possession of stolen property. On August 21, 2015, MCRAE was convicted for possessing the stolen property. MCRAE is well known to the police.
