Charges relate to incident on Mt. Baldy Rd (Camp McKinney) in which Wayne Belleville was shot and wounded, his truck stolen. A police chase and search resulted in the capture of a suspect the next day.
Teneycke was identified as a man with a gun that robbed Eastside Corner early that week and had avoided detection after his truck was found east of Oliver.

Jessy A. Michaud, 47, arrested, he had been on the loose since bringing a gun into the Couthouse in July. Consented to a remand to Kamloops jail.

Michaud has three outstanding warrants for his arrest as of July 17th, 2015.
He isa Caucasian man is 5’9″ in height and weighs 161 lbs. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
Penticton RCMP considers Michaud to be violent, and he is known to possess weapons. He is considered to be a risk to public safety.
