I would like to thank the community of Oliver for their incredible show of support and concern, and I am truly humbled by the acts of kindness that I have received. And I would like the community to know that I was released from Kelowna General Hospital on Thursday the 30th of July and have been recuperating and healing surprisingly quickly for someone that was shoot in the back and underwent surgery that included the removal of my spleen.
When my truck was stolen it was loaded with wood that I had harvested earlier that day, and was dumped somewhere west of Oliver in the Fairview road area. I would like to appeal to the individual that may of come across it and removed it to please contact me, so that I might be able to retrieve it. I am more than willing to compensate the person for the time it took to gather up, and that I will make arrangements to have it picked up at their location. The wood was harvested for a project that I have yet to complete and I will need as soon as I am able to get back to work.
Thanks again to the Town of Oliver, and I am very appreciative on the new lease on life that I have been granted.
Sincerely Wayne Belleville
