Details are not known at this time but I can confirm that around 10:40 hours today, July 23, Ronald TENEYCKE was located and is currently IN POLICE CUSTODY.
It is believed that no one was injured during the arrest, but cannot be confirmed at this time.

A road outside Keremeos was shut down by police units which set up a roadblock this morning. There are a number of homes nearby, but no evacuation order issued. Traffic is currently not getting through.
The South East District Emergency Response team of Kelowna as well as police from multiple detachments in SE district were seen in Oliver after police located a vehicle that Teneycke was driving Tuesday night.
The wounded man, Wayne Belleville, of Oliver is out of intensive care at Kelowna Hospital after back surgery. His condition is improving. Yesterday RCMP identified Belleville’s truck as the one stolen on Camp McKinney Rd about 10:30 am yesterday after an altercation. The wounded man airlifted out of Oliver.
RCMP learned that and individual picked up whom they thought was a hitch-hiker on the Baldy Mountain Forest Service Road Wednesday morning. The individual allegedly assaulted the driver with a weapon and stole the owners 1999 White ¾ ton GMC pick-up bearing BC licence plate 7621 GG with “Okanagan Rustic Furniture” written across the back window.

Penticton Courthouse on top security alert yesterday and today. Units of RCMP and the BC Sherriff Service on hand to protect personnel, staff, lawyers and judges. A screen device has been installed due to a number of incidents recently including verbal threats.

A white truck that went into the ditch south of Island Rd on Highway 97 yesterday attracted a lot of attention but turned out to not be related to a white truck being stolen earlier in the day.
