At the library’s Summer Reading club event on Thursday evening, the library teamed up with the museum staff to take a trip back to 1900.  For “recess” the kids had a chance to play some old time games.  Prescott Wick explained the fine art of marbles to a group of boys while the girls learned the patterns for Chinese Skipping.

Coming up on Thursday, July 23, is our Drumming circle. Boys and Girls are invited to join us to learn the art of drumming.  Everyone will get a chance to join in.  Children can still register to enjoy these FREE Thursday evening events by dropping into the library.
