On April 9, 2015 Ronald Arthur TENEYCKE was convicted of making or possessing an explosive without lawful excuse and was sentenced to 90 days in jail to be served intermittently (Weekends: Friday – Sunday) at the Penticton RCMP Detachment until his full sentence was served.

On Friday, June 26, 2015 TENEYCKE failed to report as directed by a Provincial Court Judge. Robert TENEYCKE has not yet been located by police and is still currently at large.
