Two reports to ODN of a robbery or theft from this Oliver Store today.

From the store owners: It was a Caucasian male in his 50’s that entered the store this morning not long after it opened. He robbed employee at gunpoint and took off with the cash from the till. The police were called and the investigation is ongoing.

No statement issued by police.

A thin man came into the story around 10 am this morning and displayed a large handgun.

He obtained a small amount of cash “store float” and scared the staff on shift.

RCMP continue to search for a suspect “known to police.”
