
Update: A pre-trial conference will be held in Penticton August 24 in the connection with charges laid as a result of the death of Roxanne Louie of Oliver.

Crown promised defense lawyers today that:
- 40 hours of audio/visual material and
- 2250 papers of evidence would be released before April 22nd.
Both defense lawyers mentioned that it had been almost three months they had been waiting but seemed satisfied that some progress is being made in getting the crown’s case to them for review.
Grace Robotti, 65, charged with second degree murder and the accused’s brother, Pier (Peter) Robotti, 61, charged with being an accessory after the fact and performing an indignity to a dead human body.
RCMP found the body of OIB member Roxanne Louie in the Naramata-Chute Lake area January 12th.
Both accused released on bail.
