Take part in a personalized and intimate educational wine experience with Vine to Wine tours. Explore the scenic wineries of the South Okanagan, tour the vineyards and taste some of the region’s most renowned wines with certified sommelier Ron Rocher.
Vine to Wine teaches you about the region’s varietals, their history, taste and unique traits, plus the delicate process of wine production. Gain knowledge of the local appellations and how they compare to other regions of the world. Traverse through the vineyards following the winemakers to learn about the terroir, vinification processes, vines and the properties and philosophies of the winemaker.
Each tour includes a private lunch prepared by renowned Red Seal chef Chris Van Hooydonk from Backyard Farm. Whether you choose a picnic among the vines or a three course meal at the private Chefs Table, you’ll enjoy an incredible lunch crafted with only the freshest local and organic ingredients.

The Decanter Wine Tour is a full day, educational wine experience in the South Okanagan
Take in the scenic views of Oliver, Okanagan Falls and Osoyoos as we drive to some of the region’s most picturesque viewpoints in a luxury SUV. We’ll explore the vineyards, taking a closer look at the varieties of grapes that grow within the region. You’ll learn about their history, taste and unique traits. At each winery there will be a guided tour, wine tasting and time to shop.
At midday, you’ll arrive at Backyard Farm for a private lunch* catered by Red Seal Chef Chris Van Hooydonk. You’ll eat at the intimate Chefs Table with a selection of food prepared from local and organic ingredients that are made to pair perfectly with select local and international wines.
During lunch, you’ll learn the fundamentals of wine pairing, enjoy a guided new world wine tasting and develop a deeper understanding of wine nose notes through the world renowned Le Nez du Vin educational tasting kit.
After lunch, you’ll continue your journey through the beautiful South Okanagan to another two wineries and meet the winemakers and owners of the wineries.
