rcmp logo worksA collision occurred on Highway 3 west of Osoyoos near Kobau Mountain at 0930 this morning Sunday July 5th.
A Honda Civic went off road (to the left) down an embankment. There were 6 occupants on board. All taken to South Okanagan General Hospital by ambulance.

One passenger was flown to Kelowna with a broken femur –  but will be fine.

Charges are pending under the Motor Vehicle Act for Drive Without Due Care.
