What to do? Each person I talk to has a different take on it. Different complaint, different solution.
Report out of Kelowna today of a local beach being occupied. – Parks around BC have similar problems in the summer. Does Oliver have something unique? No.
Do we have innovative approaches? Let’s create them. Get tough on some things and become more generous of spirit on others. I still call it the 6 week ‘summer population’ that comes and goes each year – part of our agriculturally based community.
